While I have had awesome people such as Tori reach out to help me
I recently - ish tried cashing in on this and whoever it was just said, go on the forums there's plenty of help there.
Basically...
So i'm not sure what the terms and conditions are on certain things. Maybe there are answers for some things, but maybe you're just not getting them or understanding them.

But the response honestly made me feel that the awesome tech support I was expecting was nothing more then what we got anyway. If not less.
(I had awesome help from people via email before even being Pro so don't get me wrong!) But not sure where I went wrong in the communication.
