How do I make an actor become frozen after another actor collides with them?

Im trying to make an actor become immovable after he has been touched by another?
Any answers????

    If you use T's second idea be sure to put the destroy in a timer. 0.8.3 is really fast so it will probably destroy before it has a chance to read the spawn code. Set the timer to 0.1.
