post and get connection

Hi, this is my first time in the forum.
I wanna do an aplicaction that can recive an URL and then send back something to a server. It possible on gamesalad??
is there a plugin that can do this?

    so with a pro account i can go to a url but i can't send info or share info into a local red with others iphones?
