Hi,
This looks good but I found it a bit expensive. Does anyone know this book and is it worth the price?

http://www.worldofleveldesign.com/store/preproductionblueprint.php

Have a look at this page. It is a nice read.
Edit: this video is very helpfull:

It is based on 3d level design but the idea is the same for working with GameSalad.
Cheers,
Ludwig

Best App for design work-up; Notes and Graphics (you sketch or use images) and reminder-Alarm

    it's Free: SketchBox

jot down your ideas all in one place … drag your sticky to another topic …
open your note and close the box (your openNote still shows!); you can select to have it always the top window … change all the colors … background … notes … pencil …
sketch your layout (storyboard) … copy/paste with a transparent background!
and you can drag the idea note to the folder you created to for your project!

    AutoSaves
I had used in Leopard, snowLeopard, and now in Lion
keeps you organized … eliminates paper notes and the losing them …

Thanx Ludwig! … I enjoyed this video! … always believe that you have to know where you are going, before you begin running around!

Did not a wise man once say: Set a goal and aim for it but never forget to look at the path you are walking on. ^:)^

At the local bookstore they sell "dummy" books. It's like a book but with blank pages. They only cost a few euros and they come in different sizes. those are my bibles.
Every xy position, color, formula is scribbled in there. Sketches for characters. Etc.
