Camera angle change?

In my project I need to change the camera angle. Is there a way to do it?

    I'd like to rotate the camera.

    No, not possible.

    The whole scene could be rotated in 2D space perhaps, as though you were looking down on a carousel.
    Also could you have the camera jump to different parts of a larger scene, set up to look like different 2D angles of the same scene? You know, cheat the whole thing?
    Sounds like it might be worth an experiment.
