Hello,

I have a question, its possible to change a Paid APP into Free with IAP and make sure ppl who already paid get the full unlock in the next update? Second Possibility: Could I offer a refund for ppl who already paid the actual version so they can upgrade to full version without have to pay again for it?
I'm very happy with the results of my Free IAP Model - Pocket Fortune Teller (Selling the Full Version at 10-12% rate) and wanna do the same model to my old title Cuber Quest (the new update content version is ready to release).

Does anyone have experience with this?

Ps: Sorry my english.

Better release a lite version with IAP then and keep the paid full version, right?

@mmzbr -Yes, do that instead. I am doing that for Penguin Pounce, but I had to create a lite version instead. I don't want 15,000 people angry at me. :P

    maybe you can do this

make a small update and when the user launch the app you want to change an attribute bought it? to true

and when the update if bought it is true then unlock the IAP without the users paying

but then the users have to launch the app in order for this to work

I think it would be possible by going ahead and setting the IAP attribute to true and anyone who updates it will get that saved. The main problem will be if after you go IAP and they want to reinstall they would be forced to pay again.

I would say go for a New Free version and just let your current paid ones die only to get updates that the new one gets.
