Hey Connor. The only way I know how without tediously doing it by hand is to use Darren and Waynes Project Merger program. It may be a bit pricey for you, but it works like a charm.

The only other way is to manually recreate it by hand in your new project. Sorry man. Thats how we had to do it back in the day before the merger tool.
