We are glad to announce that our game, Chocolate Mania, is available for iOS, Android and WINDOWS PHONE, thanks to GameSalad. Yes, that's what you've just read.
iOS and Android versions were developed in about 30 days using GameSalad, including graphics construction and music/sound mixing. Windows Phone version, for obvious reasons, was not developed with GS but the platform helped A LOT my partner during the C# / Silverlight coding stage, as regards to prototyping and game logic construction, and decreased our development time in approximately 50% (15 days part time).
The understanding of a game mechanics is much easier when you have a visual tool, even if you have to code the final product, and GameSalad now is mature and stable enough also to help us this way. I can assure.
@LaurenSalad, @GameTeamOne,
That's a good selling point, don't you think?
In the App Store, the game is doing very well in terms of ratings and reviews.
If anybody is interested in downloading the game, please feel free to do so.
You'll, at least, have great fun and help a little bit this GS friend!

The icon took about 8 hours to get done. Many adjustments until it reaches the desirable result ;-)
Everythings brilliant!
Are you a graphic designer by heart? or do you dabble?
Despite being a mechanical engineer and used to work in marketing / business for over almost 15 years, I've always been interested in design and even did some works in my spare time. When I decided to quit my career to be an app developer, I could dedicate myself 100% to it.
You're Welcome! Well You're really good! If you ever consider being hired contact me on thermoapps(at)gmail.com
But how did you upload it to Windows Phone Marketplace ?
As I mentioned above in the thread, Windows Phone version wasn't done with GameSalad, but in Silverlight and C#.
We used GS to help us with prototyping and logic construction. ;-)
I love the way you worked the colours together! I'm sure this will do pretty well!

So... not exactly :-) At the beginning, I expected to use Darren's template to make the game but as I've added lots of rules to make a bejeweled-style game, the performance degraded considerably. I had to make my own "game framework" from zero. But undoubtedly the template helped me a lot! @UtopianGames is a Jedi Master!
