best way to resize

i know, I can use th gs resizer but i'm 15 and now i don't have 50 £! i finished my iPad game and my question is: what is the best, easy and fast way to resize the project to 960x640 (for iPhone with resolution independence) ???

i don't have the time to resize all the actor...please help
