    No, you still need to purchase the $99 apple ios developer program. Gamesalad pro is just for the pro features in gamesalad.

    this means I do not need to register in iphone or ipad developing acount and have it free with GS proacount

    why it says Requires iOS Developer Account for iOS

    and if I make PRO acount I must buy anything else like : Priority Technical Support or iAds

    or I will have it with the PRO acount free

    It says it requires ios developer account for ios because it does. Thats exactly what it means, Requires means you still need to buy it from apple. All the pro behaviors come with pro, you cant buy them seperatly or anything. When you buy pro you get iads, in app purchases, replace gamesalad splash screen with your own, open url behavior, and priority technical support.
