Adding an image when writing a comment?

Hello All,
I am trying to reply to a post in the forum and include an image with my post but doesn't seem to be working correctly. I may be doing it the wrong way. Can someone lead me in the right direction so I am able to do so and do so in the future as well? Thanks in advance!

    to post an image, first you have to upload it to tinypic.com or another image hosting site. Copy the url. Then have this in your post:

    image

    put the url of the image you got from tinypic where it says photourlhere, without the quotes.
