Spawning Issue

I have a shop button and it is in a non-scrollable layer. And when you buy something in the shop its spawns that character and you place it where you want it. However the actr that is spawned is placed in a non-scrollable layer. How can I prevent this?

    You could have a boolean showItem and when you press on the shop button change it to true.

    In the actor you move around do a rule when showItem=true change X&Y to where you want....and place this on the layer you want.
