Powerbar-Old Canon Template-Help needed-up and down

Happy Sunday Everybody,
I am working on a new game and I am using the Powerbar on the left from the old Canon Template which is still available. (Great Template).
However, you hold down and the power goes up but I would like the bar to go up and down continuously like in a Golf game. Any ideas/help.

reverse the rules in the attribute... I'm guessing its an integer.........

Not that simple otherwise JoeMeister would have figured it out.
Its the Cannon Physics Template. You can see it when you start GS.
Its a Constrain Attribute: self.size.hight 158* game.Power
The Attribute is called Power which is set to 0.
Thats why I can't figure the damn thing out. Why does it stop where it stops AND how can I make it cycle up and down until player releases touch?
