itunes re-submission

hi, a while a go i published an app, but i think itunes was down or something so i didnt get placed on the list of "New" apps. i think something similar might have happened to tshirtbooth.
any way to re-submit the app?
do i just take the other one off and resubmit a new one with a different profile(and app id)?
