Hi there in Gamesalad Pro can you add a video in the game or as a splash screen if so how can it be added

but you can utilize video in your game with pro by open url and hosting in on your website the video you want, not good for introductions. but if your game is very story line based and you want them to see an animated video it works well

If you are careful (memory / file size) you can easily run a short video clip - (if you were doing a splash screen I'd imagine you would only want a short 2 or 3 second intro clip at max) - simply convert your video to a PNG sequence and use an animate behaviour to play the frames.

is there any video support in future GS updates? i think it should be available as an option it would make it easer for game developrers to make more professional looking games
