    Excellent !! Really clever stuff, I tried something similar (less successful than yours)- but a lot of these kinds of projects seem to be fighting with Gamesalad . . . . with some clever thinking and even more clever maths you can achieve in just a few hours what you can achieve in a few minutes with software that supports joints / compound objects.

    That's not to take away anything from your efforts, I think these kinds of things are pretty cool, but if you can do this in Gamesalad without 'joints' I imagine you'd do some amazing stuff on a platform that handles that stuff for you (or if GS implements some of these features in the future).

    ah … Jack, you are not alone in stereotyping all programmers as males!

    think that Woman's Lib did a great disservice to woman in ignoring/undervaluing the accomplishments of great women!

    so I will point out to you:
    the World's 1st computer programmer was Ada Lovelace

    the first programers for the 1st commercial computer (Univac) were often females:

    I am not a woman's liber … I have driven some really big trucks! but, not to prove anything … just for the fun of it …
    real girls don't mind making the real boys do all the work!

    But, now that you can see chains are doable in GS @gabrielmun shows in his video …
    think you should make a game: Tiny TowTrucks!
