where can I find a tutorial for any simple game from start to finish?

I'm looking for a tutorial to any simple game...
and another question...

is there a book or something where I can learn how to use gamesalad?

Up to know, I manage to do a few simple tasks with some youtube tutorials,but Im not a
programmer, so I need to learn more the basics

There are a bunch of templates in GameSalad of several types of games. You can also download tons of other games by other people. Use the shared projects tab in the software index page.

No Book as far as I know (the software is only about 4 months old and is still in BETA).

Read the forums...due ALL of the Tutorials...and just play around with it. You should pick it up quickly.

If you click on the info (i) for a template, it should give you an option to "Start Tutorial"
This will bring up an empty template with game assets attached and a web page with tutorial. We are still working on a number of the tutorials, but over time we'll be filling in the content.

Right now the Pachinko template is probably the best one to start with. I hope that helps!

In addition to the video tutorial adent42 mentioned, you should check out the How-To section of the wiki. There's a ton of great information there to take your GameSalad skills to the next level.
