Stick it in the "scene controller" actor if your scene has one. Usually, there are attributes in the scene controller that you have to hand edit since they vary from scene to scene and thusly it would make sense to put it in there even if it is just to have the scene controller act as a go-between between another actor and the scene attributes (i.e. the scene controller could place a copy of the scene attribute(s) into some game attribute(s) and could update [or even constrain] the scene attributes when the game attribute copy changes).

Have to edit the actor in the scene rather than the prototype.
I try to stay away from unique actor's religiously...but now...Hmm!
