Save a touch waypoint

I've successfully created two actors that can be "selected" then sent to a location based on touch. The first problem I'm having is that I can't "deselect" an actor until after it has stopped moving. The next problem, if I select the first actor and start moving it, then select the second actor, the first actor starts to move toward the second actor because its reading the touch. How do I fix this? I'm stumped!!

Thank you! I'm still having not getting it. When I touch the second actor to select it, it's creating a new waypoint and sending the first actor on top of it.

Actually I got that part to work. Thanks a lot. I'm still having the problem that I can't deselect an actor while it is moving. Any thoughts??
