My son was banned

Hello, I'm Louise & I'm speaking on behalf on my son.He recently tweeted the Gamesalad Twitter feed saying "How do I get on success stories, I'm 12 and I'm Europe's youngest app developer" We now believe his account was banned.+ this was a total mistake.Because, my son is actually 13 and after reading the terms of service I noticed that you have to be 13 to join.He always says he's 12 because he wants to make people believe he's younger so they will be more amazed.I know.But now because of this "ban" he can't access his portfolio so he can't update or submit more games.Please, could I get a site admin and solve this problem.Kind regards
