Touching an Actor behind a visible image

I'm wondering if there is a way to be able to click on an actor that is behind another static actor with no code. The actor in front doesnt need to do anything. I could use TSB's OverlapSelectDemo tutorial but it's way more than I need. I just need to be able to click on the actor behind...

    Hey G, Yeah you're right...I had something funky with my touch code and the layers. Adjusted and seems to work now..cheers!
