Game Center leaderboard question

Hi guys!
What do you think is better:
1. Let player to post his scores himself.
2. Auto post his high score.

    What I would do is in the options menu, let the player choose if they post by manually or auto post

    I also have another question: I made an ad-hoc build (everything like in @tshirtbooth video). I can see my game in my GC account, and I can see that I'm the first from one player in leaderboard, but I can't see my points. Is it normal in sandbox mode, or is it some issue?

    Also I uploaded icons into GC in iTunes Connect. I can see the icon in GC for iPhone version, but there is no icon for iPad version. Does anyone knows what can be the cause of this?
