Random actor switch

Hello,
I want to make a game where by touching and actor it changes to another actor.
Is there a way do it randomly, so it would change to another actor (from a list of 30 actors I want, not all the actors in my game)

If the only rule it has is "touch is pressed" then why not instead changing the actor , simply change its image by every press?
Is that what your after? or do you want to change to a whole new different actor?
