I have a building thats tilting over slowly to one side, and my main character can walk through this building! How do I make it so the collisions follow the building as its tipping over?

Thanks in Advance.

This is too much to understand from a very little explanation , you must understand we don't know what is happening in your project , please do one of the following :
Make a comprehensive cover of whats going on in the scene and in your actors , or upload a video to show us the problem..
That way you can get more help from us !

Read over and realised that you're right, its Not a very good explanation ( Made sense in my head =D ).

Alright, so I have a building that is falling over to the side (Right side, to be specific). The building has TONS of rooms made up of walls. Each wall is an actor. I also have a character in the building, you control him, and he can run around the building freely! Now every time the building tips over to the right, the walls start falling everywhere! How do I make it so the walls go down with the building IN PLACE, so the character can still roam the rooms of the building, while its falling?

Think this one made more sense! :P

    Thanks!

oh man... thats going to be pretty complicated i assume depending on the number or walls or rooms you have (sounds like your going for something like the uncharted chateaux level) ... it would probably be better to modify it so certain parts of the building falls (like a certain wall/floor) ... having said that i wouldn't say its impossible i duno if someone else could help you with this but thats just my 2 cents!

I would say you have to link an object to it's neighbors X&Y with an offset, if you did it through the prototypes that's tons of attributes. If you did it in scene that would mean unlocking each actor in the building on the scene and linking via scene attributes. The second would be better game performance than the former.

Here is a quick way to do it:

The walls can be moved around and placed wherever they need to be. They can be placed at angles and made into floors.

The grey box is the pivot point. You can move the box around to change the pivot point for the falling building. In this setup, use the mouse to drag the building around. But hopefully it shows that 'falling' can be done by a simple rotation of the grey box.

    Hope this helps!
