Jumping & Gravity

Hi , how would I make my actor jump and then after 2 seconds fall back down to the floor. Like Mario on a platform game.

Hi , yes I actually read his post today. I worked a few things out but still not jump, im in no rush but would like it so I can move on quicker, ill just wait until it comes out if you say its soon.
