GameSalad doesn't have an official release for it.
You never know until you try it. It just came out for beta testing, and isn't completely stable itself yet, so you never know what can happen. Although, you could be one of the first users to post their findings on working with GameSalad in Mountain Lion.

what do you mean Viewer on mountain lion? I don't think there is a different viewer for each OS version. You just need xcode. Am I missing something here? is mountain lion supposed to run iOS apps?

@tenrdrmer - Remember when Lion came out, and GameSalad had to fix something in the creator/viewer? I don't remember what, but they had to do something to get the viewer working properly for the new OS, it wasn't anything major from what I recall. I'm just guessing, but maybe they have to tweak some things for the new OS as well since it is a new OS build, and not just an OS patch.

I have no idea to be honest. They have never officially supported Lion to my knowledge so I have never bothered updating. It kinda kills me that Apple is already planning a new OS release just a year after the last one.
They have indeed released an official yellow post at one point in time clearing up that Lion was now well supported and had no problems that they were aware of. They released that post after one of the updates as i was keen and asked specifically about the matter.
I think what kirk is saying is that mountain lion brings tons of ios features, so can they have the viewer on it
I think the answer is NO because I don't see a lot of changes on my computer after I upgrade then a bunch of crashes, and I don't see anywhere that you can install those files in
but of course it is still in DP1

@beefy_clyro Cool I must have missed that. Maybe I should finally look at upgrading. Of coarse now they are coming out with something new in 6 months so whats the point. I guess my money would be better spent getting the MAS license and getting the free upgrade. Then taking hopefully I can have mountain lion upgrade as well.
And while Mountain Lion has iOS like features I do not believe it will be able to run iOS apps. But again I definitely don't have all the answers on this topic.
@tenrdrmer Ya you may as well wait to upgrade now in all honesty. Get your MAS license and use the code they provide you with to get Mountain when available and GS have had some time to properly test it.

I could be wrong, wouldn't be the first time.
