Overlap a actor help

Hi there.! I made a heroe that jump over the top of the villain that kill him but it also take off -2 of me .... I set that if the hero overlap with the villain infront .

I only want when overlap the hero with the villain on the top it doesn't take off -2 in the health bar... Thanks in advance
