How old do you have to be to sell on the GameSalad marketplace? like... If you make the items but your you have parents consent can the money go into a parents paypal?,

I would imagine its the same as the app store.. If your parents get the money... You can make the art all you like... Not sure though

so even if you just make the art and all the money is set to got to a parents account and with they're consent you can't even just design the art and let your parents doe everything else?

If the person is receiving the money is over 18 it shouldn't matter.
