Play scene takes 12sec to load

Hi all
I've been going crazy trying to optimize my play scene which takes 12-13 secs to load.
basically my app loads fine into main menu and then when i click PLAY button , i have a loading scene that appears
which then loads PLAY Scene after (timer) 0.1 secs and this is where i wait 12-13secs for the play scene to show up.
my project is only 6.6mb after optimizing all images using imagealpha and imageoptim etc. most of things that happen are recycled
actors and for that i mean when main actor shoots its all recycling. i do however have about 7 actors that work to create
a parrallex scrolling effect and with that they spawn,however i turned all them off to no avail.
both adhoc and viewer have same issue when testing this
im lost with what to look for after turning almost everything off in rules to see if that improves and it doesnt
i welcome all advise on this please

to be honest i've turned off preload on all actors in play scene. should i turn this off for all scenes too ?
as for total actors on scene its approx 25 including health bar and custom score fonts etc.
as for actor rules how many rules is really considered too many rules and having said that i can't say they are huge ?
