It's vector art alright... but it was neither... I used CorelDraw 14 for the art of zombie drop - It allows me to work faster than illustrator (thanks to multiple pages, powerclips and easier node manipulation) - and about 20 years of experience with the tool...
oh thanks ya I wanted to find an artists that can do that..I have a friend who is good. is there a website for coreldraw 14

You can achieve the same thing with pretty much any vector art program. The skill really exists within the artist. Try Inkscape, it's free, and just as capable as Illustrator, or any other high end vector program.
