What's this quotation mark...?

Hi,
I'm trying to use table to put some long text in my app.
After changing lines using alt+enter, I found some quotation mark added to the text automatically.
One mark is ok but increases... and now I have FOUR! quotation mark in one line.
Is there any solution????
any help would be glad. Thanks.

    I had this issue too , what i did was i used control+enter instead of alt+enter to drop a line , it solved it for me for the most cases ..
