too many constraints?

Hey guys, I was just wondering how many constrain attributes are too many? I have 5 actors, and each spawns another actor on top of it. The new actor that is spawned is constrained to follow the original actor. I have 10 constrain attributes set up so that the new actor will follow the old one. Is that too many? Will it hurt performance? Thanks.
