How to make speed down of reducing health bar.

Hi, GS dudes.
I am develping defense game and have run into a problem. I made health bar system and it reduces whenever characters bump each other. However, the reducing speed is too fast (about in 1sec). How to make it slower?

    In your Interpolation of the health bar, change the duration from 1 second to 2 seconds or however long you want it to take.
