    1. You can use interpolate with a couple of rules and timers. I'm not in front of my computer right now, and i don't know the formula off the top of my head.

    2. Make it an animation. Use 2 images, one for the sign being on, and one for the sign being off. Drop those images in an Animate behavior, and set the frame rate to 1 frame per second, or whatever framerate works better for your desired results.

    My answers to each option

    1. thats what I've tried but i also don't know the formula.

    2. i want it random.

    I'm not trying to sound harsh or anything so please don't take it like that! i just like to be plain and blunt! ;)

    Thank You for your advice! i really appreciate it!

    @ryguy140

    Get your neon sign image and a blank image and drag lots of copies of them into an animate behaviour, then randomise the order and stick the animate behaviour on 'loop'.

    When i say "Random' i mean like the sign turn on at a random time and flicker randomly so its NEVER the same.

    Two rules

    If it's off then after a random amount of time turn it on.

    If it is on then after a random amount of time turn it off.
