Making a Game

I was thinking of creating an amazing game where a bunch of people come together on the forums to build one amazing game! This was just an idea as I am bored and stuck with my other projects! Anyone in? Feel free to post any ideas in the comment section!

I'm delighted to be seeing new people like you guys trying something out like this!, You would probably learn from it.
But theres a problem with this: Who's dev account does it go under? Who does/pays for the art? It will be hard if people all come together because then each person would have to work on a different level each and then someone will have to merge them all with having to have bought DBA's project merger...
