I am having difficulty finding a good platformer tutorial for Gamesalad. Does anyone have any they would recommend? At the moment I'm mainly concerned with collision with the ground (that isn't flat), and jumping etc. Any help would be great, thanks! :)
Also, it's a ball rolling platformer. I have the ball moving/rolling left and right, but it doesn't go along my (wavy) ground, now jump. I'd be happy if I could get those two things done tonight.

Not sure about tutorials, there's a few templates free and paid.

Might be a good idea actually if someone had the time to do a video tutorial...i will see how much time i get and go over some of the things we did with ours below.

I've got a kind of wavy ground at the moment. Is it impossible to have that as the ground? There's no way to make the hitbox around the ground, is there? Even if the image is only that of the wavy ground?

Sorry for the double post, but I have a problem. I've got the movement set up. The moving, jumping, gravity and physics. My only problem is that when I move while in the air (using press buttons), I fail really slowly. Now, how can I fix this? And should I make it so I can't move while in the air, or can only move slightly? And how would I accomplish both? Thanks again :D

That template in the video above looks really, really good. It seems like it'd have almost everything I wanted, and it's only around $15. But as an incredibly broke student in debt, $15 is something I have to think about. It's so tempting though :\
