Where to Find Music and Sound Effects

Hey all,
I was just wondering where to find music and sound effects for my game. Ive been searching all over the forums and google, but had no luck finding just what i need. I need:
An action/heroic song for my background music
Explosion sounds
Jumping sound effect(Theres a lot of jumping in my game)
Thunder/Lightning
Anyone know where i can find these sounds? Thanks!
