iMovie problem

Hey guys,

I just recorded some gameplay of one of my games. But when I import the movies into iMovie,
the video is not fluid. It stacks a bit, it is not 100% fluid. But only when importing it into iTunes.

Does somebody know why?

Make sure you output using the right frame rate as imported and resolution most screen recodings are 720dpi and check the frame rate to make sure wether it's 50fps or 30fps.

I recorded with soundstage. Don't know exactly which frame rate and resolution it is. Where can I change this settings
in iMovie?

Can somebody tell me to correct framerate that I have to use?

I can only choose between 24,25 or 30 fps.

Okay so open the movie you output from soundstage in quicktime player then go to WINDOW and select SHOW MOVIE INSPECTOR all the info you need will appear in that window that pops up. I would use 30fps. As to Imovie use the help menu and you'll find all the infor you need there.

Okey, so the video has 20fps. But is there a way to change the fps in soundstage??
No or?

I don't use sound stage so I would look in the soundstage help menu
