Hi everyone ^__^

I noticed that one of the selling points for the Pro subscription is the "direct customer support." I have a Pro license and have sent a couple questions last week through the gamesalad.com contact form, but I still haven't gotten a response yet.

I was wondering if there was a certain area that I was supposed to submit these tickets. Thanks so much for your help!

Yeah, I have pro and sent an email without a response, but it might be because the issue was solved in the forum. I wish they had at least acknowledged it.

Honestly, the forum is a pretty hefty knowledge base and many of the users are quick to respond to pleases for assistance. It is advised to search before asking for help, as many, many common issues have been discussed repeatedly.

    Oh, and welcome to GameSalad.

I'm pleased enough with this product that I'm not going to complain much at this point.

Ah, just got a nice email in response to my problem a couple weeks ago. As I suspected, they were busy with Mac World.

jalehafshar, have you heard from GameSalad people yet?

I think I'm going to have to mail them again!

Hi there everybody! Thanks for all the responses. I did get an email back from GameSalad this morning, but unfortunately the situation is still being worked out.

The issue was that I purchased a Pro license hoping that I could use a custom loading screen for Mac games, but sadly that isn't available yet (contrary to what is advertised on the membership page). Even with the Pro license there is still a GameSalad intro.

I'm really bummed out over this, as I had been saving for my license for a long time (I'm not a studio, just a college student) but I'm still communicating with the Support team so hopefully they can help me out :-) I'll keep ya updated ^__^

Im glad I you asked this question.
I was getting ready to make my purchase of a pro license mainly because of the custom load screen and the customer support. Im thinking that ill just get the regular license for now and hold back until this is resolved.

The forum community is very good. I had a question and I got a response super fast (^_^)b

I managed to get some good support from the GS team, maybe I was lucky?

Suspect they are probably still setting this stuff up hence the delays.

I have not had to use it, but personally I have always had good service. I can imagine this past month has been hectic for them.
