Splash screen size / format?

Hi, I'm publishing a test iphone game and can't work out how to drop in my custom splash screen (I'm not pro). I guess its the portrait image option - but all my retina and standard sized images are greyed out when I navigate to them. What size and format do I need?

You need a portrait image of 320 x 480
