how to move a actor when is touch 2 times?

hi , i have a actor on the bottom of my scene, so i when i touch i dragged to the top and when it collides with my grid actor it changes it position to whatever i set it. this works fine, but then i want to send this actor back when is clicked twice in arrow, so i add when touch change attribute "send me" +1 and when "send me " is =2 to change position to where it was in the beginning but is not working right.
