Shiny logo in the appstore

I see alot of games have a shiny reflection on their logo on the apps store. Is apple adding this, or you make it yourself? I know how to make it.

GS can do this once you are publishing the app

Apple is actually the one who does it. GS merely lets you choose whether or not to enable it at publishing.

are you sure? I've seen a couple that don't have the reflection on top.
