Hey guys,
I just wanted to know if all graphics are free to use from open clipart.org ?

Would that not be a question for clipart.org?
Somethings are free for use, while others cannot be used commercially etc., but clipart.org is just a hub to other clip art sites.
You'll have to inquire or research on each individual site that hosts the artwork.
