I tried the drag and drop tutorial but doesn't work

The drag and drop tutorial does not work for me. In the rule that I added I do not have the "over the actor" choice, but only the "inside" and "outside" for the mouse positions options???

thanks I guess i am dumb. I tried it but it still will not work. I am new at this. I should be able to drag and drop inside the scene. right????

I have a demo here that involves dragging. You don't need the snapping to a grid part, but the dragging code is in there:

You can open this project right in GameSalad under the Shared Games tab. Do a search for "grid"
