Contract Pending?

The status on my game says contract pending, what does that mean? I also went into my contracts and requested a iOS paid application contract and that says pending. What do I do and how long will this take? Thank you =)

    You need to go into the contract and accept.

    I have a quick question. When I request Promo Codes for my game, can I request one now and then two and three later or do I have to request them all at the same time?
