max ram usage for arm7 only devices?

hi,i have to games, one is at a 80 mb ram usage when is in the viewer, the other one is at 120mb, i read a post someone saying it will crash at 80mb, but another one say is 100mb for iPhone 4 and iPad 2 is like at 200mb, which one is correct?

armV7 is a range of devices. When your looking at RAM you need to plan for what the 3GS can handle. You can normally pushing it like TSB says to around 80mb though the newer ipads and iPhones can generally handle much more. you have some seriously resource heavy stuff (or really bad code) if your crashing a 4s or ipad2
