No one can really answer that, it's such a broad question that includes everything from illustration, animation, graphic design, game design, sound design, music, coding . . . . and so on.

The best answer I think is to simply practice and get good at stuff !

Yes, but for example, in salad market place, some templates and backgrounds there are really beautiful, who they are made? what program they use?

The program doesnt matter, its the artist using it. But illustrator, inkscape and corel are big for vector art.

Hmm.. So, thanks to now for the replies, but, have some place here that can I make requests for designers make something for me? I can pay for this for sure...

Like JohnPapiomitis said, the program doesnt matter, practice and talent is what makes something look good.

I see you just recently joined gamesalad. It's best to take time to learn the program before taking on a complex challenge.

As a newbie too, i would suggest starting small and building up, learn the ins and outs of GS- i have been on this just over a month and in that short amount of time it is unbelivble what i can do now- and what ever you do, Don't give up- the people on here are full of great advice and are always will to lend a hand from what i have found
