how do you capture screen?

hey all

So i know how to take a screen shot in GS but how do you guys all make the videos of your games?, Do i need some kind of program for that- I have a Mac Book Air if that helps

    You can record the screen with quicktime. Just click file from the top menu bar when quicktime's open, then go new screen recording

    coo thanks man i am kinda new to using a Mac, I have been PC all my life, so still have some little things like this to learn lol
