interesting test
so I decided to test on gamesalad on the performance, and I found something interesting
there are about 130 actors that are spawing an attribute to attribute+1 as fast as they can
attribute=100
when I put constrain in the rule, took them 16.0508 to get to 100
when I put every 0 second, took them 17.6953 to get to 100
when I put every 0.02 second, took them 16.9883 to get to 100
when I put every 0.05 second, took them 17.0156 to get to 100
when I put every 0.1 second, took them 17.2539 to get to 100
attribute=200
when I put constrain in the rule, took them 34.7227 to get to 200
when I put every 0 second, took them 43.2148 to get to 200
when I put every 0.02 second, took them 43.2539 to get to 200
when I put every 0.05 second, took them 36.4766 to get to 200
when I put every 0.1 second, took them 17.2539 to get to 200
