Open URL Android... How to link to other apps/review?

So I have searched but have yet to find a clear answer. I have a button that says "check out our other app" How would I use the Open URL rule to link to the Play market to all the available apps by Pezzini Games.

How would I do the same thing for the user to leave a review on the store. For the AppStore I know you need the app id to this and you can get this before you upload the binary. Is there a similar thing for android and how do I get it?

I don't think so, you have to just link to the product page.

for example:

Call me dull but where do you create the "PGKNAME" Is it literally the name of the apk? Or is it something to do with the keystore?
